Name: Porcilis® Begonia
Composition: each vaccine dose (2 ml) contains: attenuated Aujeszky’s disease virus, Begonia strain at least 10 exponent 5.5 TCID50 stabilizer, sodium hydrophosphate; sorbitol; sodium glutamate;
Solvent: Diluvak Forte. 1 ml of the solvent contains: DL-α-Tocopherol acetate – 75.0 mg; Polysorbate-80 – 30.0 mg; sodium chloride – 7.0 mg; potassium dihydrogen phosphate – 0.52 mg; disodium phosphate dihydrate – 1.28 mg; Simeticone – 0.05 mg; water for injection – 886.2 mg.
Pharmaceutical form: Freeze-dried vaccine. Solvent: injectable solution.
Indications for use: The vaccine is intended for active immunization of different age groups of pigs against Aujeszky’s disease.
Contraindications: Do not vaccinate clinically ill animals.
Special precautions for application: Young animals with titers of maternal antibodies should be re-vaccinated according to the recommended vaccination scheme.
Routes of administration and dosage forms: Freeze-dried vaccine is dissolved in an appropriate volume of Diluvak Forte to make one dose of 2 ml of the vaccine.
One dose of vaccine (containing at 10 exponent 5.5 TCID50) is administered by intramuscular injection into a single animal.
Special warnings for persons and staff in contact with the vaccine: In the case of accidental administration of a person, seek medical assistance.
Shelf life: Freeze-dried vaccine: 8 months at a temperature of 2-8 °С
Once dissolved, use the vaccine within 8 hours.
Diluvak Forte: 24 months at a temperature of 15-25 °С
Storage and transport conditions: store in a dark place at a temperature between 2 °C and 8 °C. Do not freeze the product.
