Nobilis Rismavac + CA 126
Name: Nobilis® Rismavac + CA 126 (live combined vaccine against Marek’s disease)
Ingredients: Each vaccine dose (0.2 ml) contains:
Marek’s disease virus, strain CVI-988 ≥ 3.0 log10 PFU;
Marek’s disease virus, strain FC-126 ≥ 3.0 log10 PFU.
Also, sterile solvent Nobilis Diluent CA is included in a separate package.
The vaccine is contained in a liquid nitrogen container.
Pharmaceutical form: vaccine: cell suspension of Marek’s virus and SPF of chicken embryonal fibroblasts, frozen in liquid nitrogen; solvent: sterile solution.
Method of administration and dosage: 0.2 ml of vaccine is administered to 1-day old chicks subcutaneously to the neck or intramuscularly in the thigh.
Packaging: type I hydrolytic glass vials, with 1000 or 2000 doses of the vaccine in a Dewar flask with liquid nitrogen. Sterile solvent: 200 and 400 ml vials.
Storage and transportation conditions: keep the vaccine in liquid nitrogen at a temperature of minus 196 ˚С and the solvent at a temperature from 2˚С to 25˚С. Store the liquid nitrogen container in an upright position in a dry ventilated room, separate from the incubator and the poultry cages. Keep out of the reach of third parties, especially children.
