Nobilis Rismavac
Name: Nobilis® Rismavac (live combined vaccine against avian Marek’s disease)
Ingredients: each vaccine dose (0.2 ml) contains: live Marek’s disease virus, CVI988> 3.0log10TCID50v strain in the cell-associated form of suspended cells of SPF of chicken embryonic fibroblasts. The vaccine also contains stabilizers (calf serum, dimethyl sulfoxide) and traces of antibiotics. Also, a sterile diluent is added in a separate package. The vaccine is contained in a liquid nitrogen container.
Pharmaceutical form: frozen pale pink suspension; sterile diluent: clear light pink liquid.
Method of administration and dosage forms: 0.2 ml of vaccine is administered to 1-day old chicks subcutaneously to the neck or intramuscularly in the thigh.
Packaging: type I hydrolytic glass vials, with 1000 or 2000 doses of the vaccine in a Dewar flask with liquid nitrogen. Sterile solvent: 200 cm3 and 400 cm3 vials.
Storage and transportation conditions: keep the vaccine in liquid nitrogen at a temperature of minus 196 ˚С and the solvent at a temperature from 2˚С to 25˚С. Keep out of the reach of third parties, especially children.
