Name: M + PAC inactivated vaccine for the prevention of enzootic pneumonia in pigs
Ingredients: Each vaccine dose (1 cm3) contains: active components: Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae inactivated, ATCC strain # 25934> 1.47 RPU; Excipients: mineral oil 0.134 cm3; aluminum hydroxide 1.0 mg; thiomersal 0.10 mg; filler up to 1,0 cm3; inactivant bromomethyleniline.
Pharmaceutical form: emulsion.
Indications for use: It is used for the active immunization of fattening pigs against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae, and reduces the intensity and frequency of lung lesions in case of enzootic pneumonia in pigs.
Contraindications: do not vaccinate diseased animals.
Special precautions for application: vaccine only clinically healthy pigs.
Dosage forms and routes of administration: animals of different ages: the vaccine is administered intramuscularly. The optimal injection area is the neck area behind the ear. Vaccination program: Single vaccination scheme: vaccine 3 weeks and older pigs at a dose of 2 cm3. Double vaccination scheme: vaccine 7 days and older piglets twice in the interval of 14-28 days at a should be well shaken. The presence of maternal antibodies does not affect the effectiveness of vaccination.
Special warnings for persons and staff responsible for administration of the product to animals: since the product contains mineral oil, the accidental administration of the vaccine to a person leads to a distinct local inflammatory reaction. If accidentally injected, a person should immediately seek medical assistance and show the package or insert of the product to the doctor.
Shelf life: 24 months Do not store the opened product for mote than 8 hours.
Special storage warnings: store in a dark place at a temperature between 2 °C and 8 °C. Do not freeze the product.
