Nobilis Reo+IB+G+ND

Name: Nobilis” Reo+IB+G+ND is an inactivated vaccine against avian reovirus infection, infectious bronchitis, Gamboro disease and Newcastle disease.

Composition: Each dose (0.5 ml) of the vaccine contains inactivated viruses:

infectious bronchitis, strain М41                     >6,0 log2 of hemagglutinating units;

Newcastle disease, strain ND СІоnе 30           >50 protective doses PD50;

infectious bursal disease, strain D78               >14,5 log2 ВНО;

Reovirus strains 1733 and 2408                       >7,4 log 2 ELISA units

Additional substances: Liquid paraffin, polysorbate 80, sorbitan mono-oleate, glycine, formaldehyde, water for injection.

Immunobiological properties: dissolving the antigen in a water-oil emulsion provides prolonged immunity stimulation.

Groups of animals: chickens

Indications for use: it is recommended using the vaccine to re-vaccinate the parent stock against Newcastle disease and avian infectious bronchitis (Massachusetts serotype), as well as for immunization of poultry virus against reovirus infection and infectious bursal disease virus

Special precautions for application: vaccinate only healthy birds. Use sterile equipment to prevent contact of the vaccine with disinfectants or alcohol. Before use, bring the vaccine temperature to (15-25) °C and shake well the vials. Once opened, use the vaccine within 3 hours.

Dosing and routes of administration for animals of different age: The vaccine is administered to each bird intramuscularly (in the femoral or thoracic muscle) or subcutaneously into the lower part of the neck at a dose of 0.5 ml.

Shelf life: 24 months Once opened, use the vaccine within 3 hours.

Nature and composition of the primary packaging container: Glass vials (type II) or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) vials closed with rubber stoppers and flip off aluminum caps of 500 ml, equivalent to 1000 doses of the vaccine.
