Ingredients: Each vaccine dose (2 ml) contains: active components:
Fibrinous adhesion E.coli F4ab (K88ab) > 9,0 log2 titers in IFA ;
Fibrinous adhesion E.coli F4ac (K88ac) > 5,4 log2 titers in IFA ;
Fibrinous adhesion E.coli F5 (K99) >6,8 log2 titers in IFA ;
Fibrinous adhesion E.coli F6 (987P) > 7,1 log2 titers in IFA ;
LT-toxoid E. coli (K12) > 6,8 log2 titers in IFA ;
Excipients: Adjuvant – DL-α-Tocopherol acetate – 150 mg.
Pharmaceutical form: suspension.
Indications for use: for the purpose of passive immunization of pigs by active immunization of sows or rearing pigs against neonatal enterotoxicosis caused by E. coli strains containing adhesive antigens К88аЬ, К88ас, К99, 987Р, and/or producing LT toxin.
Contraindications: do not vaccinate diseased animals.
Special precautions for application: vaccinate only clinically healthy pigs.
Methods of administration and dosage: The vaccine is administered intramuscularly at a dose of 2 ml. The optimal injection area is the neck area behind the ear. After opening the vial, use the vaccine for 3 hours.
Special warnings for persons and staff in contact with the vaccine: In case of self-injection, a person should immediately seek medical assistance and show the package or insert of the product to the doctor.
Shelf life: 36 months Do not store the opened product for more than 3 hours.
Form of packaging: glass vials or PET bottles of 20 ml, 50 ml, 100 ml
Storage and transportation conditions: store in a dark place at a temperature between 2 °C and 8 °C. Do not freeze the product.
