Nobilis RT+IBmulti+G+ND

Name: Nobilis(H; RT+IBmulti+G+ND  is an inactivated vaccine against rhinotracheitis, infectious bronchitis, Gamboro disease and Newcastle disease.

Composition: Each dose (0.5 cm) of the vaccine contains active substances (inactivated viruses):

Infectious rhinotracheitis virus in turkeys, strain Butl # 8544

Infectious bronchitis virus, strain M 41

Infectious bronchitis virus, strain 249g

Gamboro disease virus, strain D78

Newcastle disease virus, Clone 30 strain
Excipients: adjuvant – liquid paraffin inactivant – formaldehyde

Immunobiological properties: the vaccine stimulates the development of active immunity in parent stock against infectious bronchitis caused by Massachusetts serotypes infectious bronchitis virus and 0274/0207 Newcastle disease, protects against the clinical manifestations of avian rhinotracheitis and provides passive immunity to offspring from vaccinated  chickens, against Gamboro disease  for at least four weeks. To prolong the stimulation of immunity, antigens are included in the water-oil emulsion.

Groups of animals: chickens.

Indications for use: the vaccine stimulates the development of active immunity in parent stock against infectious bronchitis caused by Massachusetts serotypes infectious bronchitis virus and В274/В207 Newcastle disease, protects against the clinical manifestations of avian rhinotracheitis and provides passive immunity to offspring from vaccinated chickens, against Gamboro disease during first weeks of life.

Special warnings: Before use, the vaccine is brought to room temperature (15-25) °C. Shake the vial well before use and periodically during application. Use only clean sterile vaccination equipment. Use the contents of the vial within three hours.

Dosing and routes of administration for animals of different age the vaccine is administered intramuscularly in the thigh or in the chest muscle, or subcutaneously in the lower part of the neck at a dose of 0.5 cm3 per each bird.

The product is used in breeding poultry at the age of 14-20 weeks, but not later than four weeks before the estimated date of laying.

Withdrawal period: 0 days.

Shelf life: 24 months Once opened, use the vaccine within 3 hours.

Nature and composition of original packaging: Type II glass vials (European Pharmacopoeia) or polyethylene terephthalate vials for 500 doses or 1000 doses. The vial is closed with a nitrile rubber stopper and aluminum cap.
