Nobilis 4/91
Name: Nobilis® IB 4-91 (live lyophilized vaccine against avian infectious bronchitis)
Ingredients: each dose contains 3.6 log10 EID50 live attenuated infectious bronchitis virus, strain 4-91 in the stabilizer. Stabilizers: sorbitol, hydrolyzed gelatin, casein treated with pancreatin.
Pharmaceutical form: Vaccine in the form of lyophilizate and separately added solvent.
Routes of administration and dosage: Inject one dose (one drop) per one bird intraocularly. Initial vaccination is performed at the age of 4-6 weeks, and revaccination is performed at the age of 14-16 weeks.
Packaging: Hydrolytic glass (type III) vials with rubber stoppers and flip off aluminum caps of 500, 1000, 2500, 3000, 5000, 5000, or 10,000 doses.of vaccine in cardboard boxes for 1 or 10 vials. Vials with solvent OCULO NASAL are packed separately into boxes of 1 or 10 vials of 1000 or 2500 doses. The solvent box also contains pipette applicators and plastic adapters to ease preparation and use of the vaccine.
Storage and transport conditions: store in a dark place at a temperature between 2 °C and 8 °C. Keep at room temperature after the solvent is added. Keep out of the reach of third parties, especially children.
